1. DELIVERIES

STUDIO 464 undertakes to deliver the ordered parts as soon as possible. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address. The mobile phone number or email address are essential for a delivery.

Deliveries are made by Colissimo. Each package is delivered to your home by hand against a signature.

Each package delivered in France is insured against loss or damage to the shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the place of delivery. We ship packages between 24 and 72 hours. The day after a collection goes online, this period can be extended up to 10 days.

Delivery is free in France from 150 euros of purchase.

A withdrawal by appointment at STUDIO 464 in Paris is possible if you are in the capital. In this case, there is no delivery charge. Once the order is confirmed, we will send you an email to choose the time slot and thus collect your order in the 17th district.

Covid-19 Update:

For the withdrawal of orders placed on STUDIO 464, we have set up a time slot system. These are individual meetings of 15 min.

So please respect the timetables so as not to cross paths with other customers.

For health reasons, withdrawals of your purchases will be made in accordance with barrier gestures. The bag will be left at the entrance to the offices to preserve social distancing.

The delivery amounts to 100 euros for this category of country.

STUDIO 464 is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor responsible for delays associated with the import process.

2. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase intact and unused within 14 days (whichever is the date specified by the carrier) Customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning an item not damaged. Return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must make sure that fragile products arrive intact; Any merchandise that arrived damaged, chipped or broken will not be eligible for a refund.
